Wow, their recipe for Seafood Enchilidas is too fabulous for words. The green chili stew is the best I have ever used. I make the enchilidas often for dinner guests and they always want the recipe as well as the address for obtaining the Stew. This is an exceptional soup/stew recipe - the best I've ever found. We've tried turkey, chicken, pork -- all are excellent. We like it best with hominy and white beans added. Family and friends who've enjoyed the green chile stew with us will often seriously "hint" that we hope we'll serve this during their stay.
