Wow, their recipe for Seafood Enchilidas is too fabulous for words. The green chili stew is the best I have ever used. I make the enchilidas often for dinner guests and they always want the recipe as well as the address for obtaining the Stew. I am told that Sweetbay grocery will soon be stocking this truly excellent green chili mix. Can't wait.

Ok this is one awesomely delicious and simple mix!! The chefs of Cookwell Company use only Hatch Chile's from the famous chile festival town of Hatch, New Mexico. They combine these special chiles with fire roasted tomatillos cilantro and yellow onions all slow simmered in small batches. All you add is the meat. Try it with cubed pork for a delicious simple chile verde, serve with warm tortillas....Yummmmmm

This is an exceptional soup/stew recipe - the best I've ever found. We've tried turkey, chicken, pork -- all are excellent. We like it best with hominy and white beans added. Family and friends who've enjoyed the green chile stew with us will often seriously "hint" that we hope we'll serve this during their stay.
